About this Creation:
From start to finish, this art creation has been designed, created, handpainted, handsewn, and 100 % entirely handmade by me, Buffalo, New York U.S.A. area Artist Jill E. Ryan.This little owl was created by me, by hand, from my own Copyrighted design, not from any commercial pattern. All of my owls are handmade with much love and care from my home art studio, not from a machine or factory and are not created to be perfect. Stitches may show, etc. This is exactly the way I love them :o) I think it adds charm and character, a true testiment to their One of a kind, handmade nature. Created soley from the hands, heart, spirit, and imagination of the artist. *** Item Description: This purchase is for the sweet little sleeping owl shown in the photos above. The owl shown in the photos above on this page is the exact actual item you will be purchasing and will receive. Each one of my owls is created by me, entirely by hand. This owl is a pretty pink shade with lots of "fairydust" glitter added for a touch of ***fantasy magic*** and features a handpainted blue crescent moon with a handpainted blue star and a little white fluffy cloud. My name and date were handpainted/signed by me on lower back area of the owl for authenticity and collectibility. Perfect for anyone who loves owls, fantasy, and whimsy! ^O^ ***Please note that this owl cannot "stand" on it's own. It is much like a pillow and must be propped/set against something such as on a shelf, etc. for support. Please Note: This art piece is for adult art collectors for indoor display use only. Not created as a toy for children. Keep away and out of reach of children and pets. Specific Details: Type: These owls are part of my brand new One of Kind, Artists Original Limited Series/part of the same family or group. This means that I will be repeating designs and colors on my fabric owl dolls, so while some owls make look very similiar to one another, each owl is individually handmade, hand-sewn, and handpainted by me, one at a time, therefore no two can ever be exactly identical and are each essentially a handmade, One of a Kind Original. Year Created: 2008 ***All of my art is from a nonsmoking environment.Artist/Designer: Jill E. Ryan. Medium: mixed media, fabric, paint, Premium polyester fiberfill "stuffing" "fairydust" glitter. Size: All measurements are approximate. Height is just a little under 9 inches measuring from the bottom of the owl to the top tip of the owls ear at the longest point. Width is Approximately 5 inches across at the stomach, 7 inches if you include the width of the wings. Please see pictures shown and provided for a size comparison.
