Shipping Costs:

Q.) How much does shipping cost?

A.) All Art offered will have the shipping cost and/or information listed in the item description area.

The shipping prices listed are for the lower 48 Continental United States only.Packages being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska residents may be slightly higher.If you live in Alaska and/or Hawaii you can e-mail ahead of time with your zip code for a shipping quote/estimate.

Shipping Carrier/Safe Packaging:

Q.) Which shipping carrier do you use?

A.) Unless otherwise stated in the item description area, my art is always shipped by:

The United States Postal Service (USPS) and sent Priority Mail Shipping. Unless otherwise stated, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance for your protection against loss and/or damage from the Post Office is always included in the shipping price cost.

**For your protection, some higher priced art items may require signature confirmation for delivery. This is to prevent your purchase being left unprotected outside your home in the event you are not home to accept delivery. If signature confirmation is required on an art piece, it will be stated on the art item page.

 

Safe Packaging:

All of my art takes me a great deal of time and hard work to reach it's completion. Be assured that all of my art being sent out to you is very carefully packaged with great care and plenty of packaging materials for safety in shipping.

All of my art dolls are double boxed and/or double packaged with an inner container within an outer box with generous amounts of safe packaging materials such as bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, etc. Please use gentle care when unpacking your order, as I cannot be responsible for any damage by the buyer occuring during the unpacking of the box.

These art pieces are fragile and need to be specially packaged for protection in shipping. A small percentage of the shipping cost price reflects this. In the very rare event that your purchase arrives damaged, please e-mail me to let me know and I will work with you. On purchases that have been insured, you will have the option of filing a damage and/or loss claim at your local Post Office. Sometimes I can do a repair but it really depends on the damage and situation. One of a Kind pieces cannot be duplicated.

Shipment Date:

Q.) When will my purchase be shipped out to me?

 

A.) Art is held until your payment in full clears my account and then your purchase(s) will be promptly shipped out to you following payment clearance. Art that has been paid for in full and has fully cleared, generally ships within 7 business days or less following payment. Please allow 7 business days for your payment to clear my account. I will notify you by e-mail when your purchase has been shipped and/or your item(s) shipment date.

 

Post Office Transit Times:

I ship by USPS Priority Mail, so you will generally receive your purchase on the 3rd day from the shipment date. Please keep in mind that these are general estimates to help my collectors/customers and I have no control over Post Office transit times.There may be delays by the Post Office during certain busy times of the year such as the holidays due to high volume.

 

Q.) What happens if my purchase arrives damaged and/or doesn't arrive at all?

A.) I package my art very carefully (please see "safe packaging" section) above. Always use gentle care when opening your new One of a Kind art so that it is not damaged by accident. In the very rare event that your purchase arrives damaged and/or doesn't arrive at all, please e-mail me to let me know and I will work with you. I normally send all One of a Kind art with a delivery confirmation number so that I will know when it has been delivered. On purchases that have been insured, you will have the option of filing a damage and/or loss claim at your local Post Office. Sometimes I can do a repair but it really depends on the damage, art piece, and/or situation. One of a Kind art pieces cannot be duplicated. Please be assured that customer satisfaction is a top priority for me, so I will always do my best to find a fair solution in the very rare event that a problem may occur.
